In the twenty-first century, only designs that are able to utilise the maximum amount of space effectively, which being able to carry out multiple functions, different causes, will be considered a good architectural design.

A Good Architectural Design should be able to cater to different groups of people, and reach out to the appropriate target audience. It is important that the design is receptive by the target group of people.
